1. About these terms

These terms apply to every visit to roomtoes.com and every order you place with RoomToes™. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

RoomToes™ slides are comfort slippers for use at home. They are not a medical device and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Everyone's feet are different. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, poor circulation or a severe bunion, ask your doctor or podiatrist before you start wearing them, and stop wearing them if anything hurts or your skin gets sore.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

4. Orders

After you order, you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product cannot be delivered or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 60 days to try your slides at home. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.

7. Use of this website

All text, photos and other content on this website belong to RoomToes™ and may not be copied without our permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by using the slides other than as described on this website, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
