60 days to try them at home

Wear your RoomToes™ slides at home. If they are not for you, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. There is no restocking fee.

How to return

1. Email us at support@roomtoes.com with your order number.

2. We reply with the return address and the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

3. Send the slides back. Return shipping is paid by you.

Your refund

Once your return arrives, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you get the wrong item? Email us at support@roomtoes.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
